Description: This session highlights contemporary decision-making in fibroids and adenomyosis, including imaging, digital tools, radiofrequency ablation, myomectomy outcomes, pregnancy implications, and fertility-preserving approaches.

Learning Objectives: At the end of this course, the participant will be able to: 1) Evaluate new tools for fibroid and adenomyosis counseling and mapping; 2) Discuss fertility and pregnancy considerations after fibroid treatment; and 3) Compare surgical and nonsurgical approaches in complex uterine disease.
